Our Return process: Log a return on our website: HERE. We require that promotional free gifts, received with purchases, are returned to us when the purchased item is returned. Once your return has been logged you will receive an email to confirm if your query has been approved or declined In case the return has been approved, you will receive an email to confirm that our courier partners will contact you to arrange collection. Pack the product in its original packaging or into a shipping box to protect the products during transit. Please include the return reference number in the parcel so that we can easily identify your return. Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 4 working days for Main centres and 8 working days for Outlying/Regional areas from date of logging return. Once the returns have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund initiated. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received at our warehouse. Once your returned product has been validated by the quality team, your money will be refunded, unless you have requested an exchange.
Shipping
Any merchandise purchased from this Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for merchandise will pass to the carrier upon the transfer of the merchandise to them. Shipping addresses cannot be modified after you have submitted your order. If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't shipped yet, you'll need to request a cancellation and order again. Once the order has shipped it can no longer be changed.
